We are pleased to now announce that Michael Paier, Senior Vice President Regional Director, who leads Eastern Europe, will replace Petr in his role from 1 February 2024. Michael will take on this role, in conjunction with his current role as Regional Director.
Having spent much of his career at IBM, working particularly in Central Eastern Europe, Michael has a strong track record for leading complex organisations across multiple countries. With a demonstrated record of accomplishments in transformation, and experience in a vast number of international roles he will be a great asset to our partners. Michael's chief objective centres around ensuring client satisfaction, empowering them to realize their long-term objectives with our unwavering support. Having previously lived in the Czech Republic for seven years, he has a deep understanding of the Czech IT market, putting him in a strong position to lead this business going forward.
Married with two children, Michael enjoys to travel, especially to enjoy nature. Indeed, in his spare time you might meet him running in the forests near his house. However, you could also catch him with oily hands when his old beloved Volkswagen Beatle is on strike again!
